Every Furput pet fountain is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, plus a 60-day home trial so you can return it if your pet doesn't take to it.
In the United Kingdom, this warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — never a substitute.
What's covered
- Faulty pumps
- Faulty battery modules
- Faulty motor housing
- Manufacturing defects that appear during normal household use
- Anything that stops working through no fault of the customer within 12 months of purchase
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse (dropping, submerging the motor housing, using in extreme temperatures)
- Damage from third-party accessories or non-Furput replacement parts
- Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches on the stainless surface, colour changes over time)
- Filters and other consumables (these are not warranty items — replacements are available on our accessories section)
- Damage from failing to clean the fountain as recommended in the cleaning guide
How to file a warranty claim
Get in touch with these details:
Your order number, the date you received the fountain, a short description of the problem. If possible, a short video or photo showing the issue.
We respond within one business day
We'll get back to you with next steps. In most cases, we'll ask you to send a short video demonstrating the issue so we can diagnose it.
If the fault is covered, we'll either:
Send you a free replacement part (pump, battery module, etc.) that you can swap in yourself, or send you a full replacement fountain and provide a prepaid return label for the faulty unit.
Replacement parts or units usually arrive within 5 working days

60-Day Home Trial (separate from warranty)
If your pet doesn't take to the fountain within the first 30 days, that's a separate return process — no warranty claim needed. Just email or call us and we'll arrange a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
