Simba is cautious with anything new. When we first put The Pet Fountain down, he circled it for days without going near it. I nearly sent it back after week one.

What kept me going was that everything in the box matched what the site had told me – 3.2L reservoir, the four-stage filter cartridges, a stainless drinking surface, the charging cable, a proper setup guide. No mystery. And the FAQ specifically said to keep his old bowl available, not to force it, and that some cats take two weeks. So I waited.
