Search your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@furput.com or noreply@furput.com with the subject "Your Furput order is on its way".

Typical delivery times
- UK tracked delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Free delivery on all UK orders over £50
- Orders placed after 2pm may ship the next working day
Tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 working days? Contact us — we'll chase the courier and get you an answer within 24 hours.
Delivery delays
Occasionally orders are delayed by the courier due to weather, staffing, or high-volume periods. If your order is more than 5 working days late from dispatch, please get in touch — we'll investigate and either resend the order or refund you if the parcel is genuinely lost.
