Ignored day one, obsessed by day two
Ozzy is my Golden Retriever — usually cautious about anything new. First morning he ignored the fountain, second morning he was standing next to it waiting for it to switch back on. Now it's just part of the room.
Three times more drinking within two days
My Golden used to walk past his water bowl for hours after refilling. Two days on Furput and he drinks three times more. Also love that I can actually see the water level from across the room.

Great fountain, setup guide could be clearer
Cleaning is easier than the plastic one we had before, no arguments. 4 stars because the setup guide instructions were a bit brief — I figured it out but a QR code to a video would have been quicker.
Vocal drinker, now audibly happy
Jasper is my 8yo ginger — vocal about everything. He watched me set it up and immediately went for the running water. He's a loud drinker, so I love actually being able to hear him drinking properly now.
Third fountain — this one actually replies
My old boy is 11 and drinks so much more from this than his bowl. Had two other fountains before and they both died in 8 months. This one's been solid so far and customer service actually replies.
No more drips across the floor
Milly's a 6yo Yorkie who used to leave water everywhere. The fountain design catches the drips much better than her old bowl and the stainless steel means no plastic taste. Small win, big difference.
Not refilling twice a day anymore
Two cats, two very different drinking personalities. Both took to it within a week. The 3.2L capacity means I'm not refilling twice a day like I was with the smaller one we had before.
Three cats, one drinking station
Three cats in a laundry-room drinking station. All three use it now, though the dominant one blocks the others when he's thirsty. Duo might be better for territorial homes but this works for us.

Small dog, gentle drinker — the reservoir lasts nearly a week between refills. Stainless steel is a game changer, no smelly plastic film building up. Cooper approves.
Water intake went up on a senior dog
Luna is 10 and has slowed down but her water intake has actually gone UP since we got this. Vet mentioned kidney monitoring for older dogs — this is helping us stay ahead of it.
She actually smiles at feeding time now
My grey shorthair used to just sit and stare at her old bowl like she was disappointed in it. Set this up on the kitchen floor and she was drinking from it in the first hour. Runs quiet enough not to bother her, filter keeps the water genuinely clean.
Pump wobble in month one — sorted under warranty
My Persian is 13 and used to only drink from the bath tap. Took her a week to switch. Only issue was one pump wobble in the first month — Furput sent a replacement pump under warranty within 4 days. 4 stars for the fault, 5 for the fix.
Was ready to return it — kept it instead
Bought during the Founding 50 launch. Cat took to it in 2 hours. Delivery was fast. I'll be honest — I was expecting to send it back within the 30 days and I'm keeping it.
Well-built but my cat wouldn't switch
Fountain itself is good — quiet, easy to clean, well-designed. Whiskey just wouldn't switch from his ceramic bowl. I kept both out for the full 30 days but he ignored the fountain the whole time. Returned it, refund was quick and clean. 3 stars because the product is good, just didn't work for us.
Works, but the price feels punchy for what it is
No complaints on function. Max drinks from it, cleans well, battery is fine. But at the end of the day it's a stainless bowl with a pump. Even at the launch price it's more than I'd usually pay. Wanted to be honest about that.
Pump got noisy after 3 weeks
Worked fine for the first three weeks then the pump developed a rattle in continuous mode. Emailed support, they sent a replacement pump within 4 days at no cost. Fixed the issue but shouldn't have needed to happen. 2 stars for the initial fault; support handling was excellent.
Buddy wouldn't touch it
Bought the Care Set. Set it up properly, followed the guide, kept his old bowl out for the two weeks. He drank from it maybe twice in a month. Returned it — no argument from support, full refund. Product may be fine, my dog wasn't having it. Leaving 1 star because that's what my experience was.
